Outsource UK is recruiting a Maintenance Supervisor to provide on-site leadership and oversee maintenance activities at a Top Tier COMAH facility.
This is a hands-on role supporting mechanical and electrical technicians, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations across the site.

Outsource UK is recruiting a Maintenance Supervisor to provide on-site leadership and oversee maintenance activities at a Top Tier COMAH facility.
This is a hands-on role supporting mechanical and electrical technicians, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations across the site.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support technicians in planned and corrective maintenance
- Act as the on-site focal point for maintenance and engineering activity
- Prioritise defects and work orders daily
- Assist in planning and delivering maintenance tasks and small project work
- Produce and review permits to work, RAMS and safe systems of work
- Coordinate contractor activity and uphold safety-critical procedures
- Maintain asset condition data and CMMS records
- Respond to breakdowns and support continuous improvement
- Mechanical or electrical qualification (multi-skilled desirable)
- Experience working on Top Tier COMAH or major hazard industrial sites
- Strong understanding of P2W, SSOW, RAMS and maintenance processes
- Experience with CMMS systems (Maximo desirable)
- Confident communicator with proven supervisory or team-lead experience
