We're looking for an experienced Marketing Manager (Audience Manager) to join this company's Marketing Centre of Excellence, leading audience strategy across paid media campaigns. You'll use Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and first-party data to drive customer growth, cross-sell opportunities and campaign performance across multiple business areas.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver audience strategies across paid media.
- Manage audience activation using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP/CDP).
- Optimise audience performance using first-party data and analytics.
- Partner with CRM, Paid Media, Analytics, Data, IT and agency teams.
- Measure campaign performance and identify growth opportunities.
Required Experience
- Strong experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) or Adobe Audience Manager.
- Background in audience strategy, CDPs or MarTech.
- Experience across paid media channels including Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills.
- Experience working in large, complex organisations (Financial Services desirable).
