Operational Team Manager (Financial Services)
Darlington (Hybrid – approx. 2 days on-site)
£50,000 + 15% Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits Package
Outsource UK is looking to recruit a Team Manager to join a Financial Services organisation on a permanent basis.
The role sits within a large administration team supporting a complex, high-volume service. You will be responsible for leading a team of around 8–10 administrators, working closely with the wider operations leadership team to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities include:
- Day-to-day management of team performance, workflow, and resource planning
- Coaching, development, and performance management
- Driving service standards, process improvements, and efficiency gains
- Working within a regulated environment, ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry requirements
- Strong operational leadership experience within customer-focused environments
- Demonstratable experience supporting, developing and motivating teams
- Previous experience of analysing operational performance data and developing clear action plans
