People & Payroll Coordinator - 12 Month FTC
£25,000 - £27,000

Central London 
Hybrid working - 2 days at home

Monday to Friday - core office hours

What you’ll do:
  • Support monthly payroll processing with a third-party provider (Cintra)
  • Maintain HR systems and ensure accurate employee records
  • Prepare contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation
  • Respond to HR and payroll queries, escalating as needed
  • Assist with onboarding, benefits, audits, and employee lifecycle admin
What you’ll need:
  • A degree in HR or CIPD Level 3 (or working towards it)
  • Strong admin and organisation skills
  • Confidence using Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Great attention to detail and communication skills
