Payroll Officer
Windsor (hybrid 2-3 days in the office)
£35000 - £38000 + benefits
  
Outsource UK is looking to recruit a confident and capable Payroll Officer to join an award-winning life insurance provider, taking ownership of their UK & Irish Payroll function on a permanent basis.
  
You’ll be stepping into a role with full responsibility for processing payroll for around 500 UK employees and 50–60 in Ireland.
  
What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Running full end-to-end monthly payroll for c.500 UK staff and 60 in Ireland.
  • Being the go-to person for all payroll queries – confidently resolving issues independently
  • Processing Payroll, Managing deductions, compliance, reporting.
  
What We’re Looking For:
  • 2–3 years’ solid payroll experience (within a team or standalone)
  • Comfortable taking ownership and solving queries without hand-holding
  • Someone friendly, approachable, but also able to focus and get things done
  • Any Irish payroll experience is a big plus
