Job Description

Up to £40,000 base salary
Manchester / Hybrid
Monday - Thursday 8.30am-5.30pm with an early 4pm finish on Fridays.

About the Role:

We’re growing our highly successful team. We provide a variety of tech talent solutions to customers within the Engineering, Manufacturing, Financial Services and Logistics sectors.
As a Senior or Principal Permanent Recruiter, you’ll be accountable for delivering qualified candidates to our vast array of clients.

Key Skills
Sales: A passion for winning, consistently beating the competition and delivering an excellent customer and candidate experience.
Talent Acquisition: Identify and engage with candidates within your specialist market through our CRM, job boards, social media, networking events and industry-specific channels.
Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience and cultural fit in relation to the role.
Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs, providing guidance on best hiring practices and market trends.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent across a variety of sectors.
Employer Branding: Promote Outsource UK as an employer of choice through social media, industry events, and community engagement.
Data-Driven Decisions: Utilise data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and continuously improve the hiring process.
  
What We're Looking For:
Experience: Mid to senior-level recruiter with experience consistently filling Permanent roles across a variety of sectors whilst also possessing the ability to be client-facing.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders.
Proactive Approach: Self-motivated and proactive with a passion for finding and securing top talent.
