Overview

Skills
- Significant experience in systems engineering for complex products—Radar, defence, or aerospace preferred
- Deep understanding of systems design, lifecycle models (Agile, Waterfall), and architecture development
- Skilled in tools like IBM DOORS, JIRA, and model-based systems engineering platforms
- Familiarity with Systems Engineering standards (e.g. ISO 15288, ISO 24641)
The Job
- Lead system-level design and analysis for phased array Radar systems
- Apply ISO 15288 systems engineering principles across the full engineering lifecycle
- Manage and decompose requirements using tools like IBM DOORS Next
- Create architectural models with CATIA Magic or Enterprise Architect
- Plan and execute integration, verification, and validation activities
- Support customer engagement, product evolution, and acceptance processes
- Provide technical direction to engineering teams and act as a key decision-maker in system design reviews
