Job Title: Procurement Project Manager
Duration: 12 months
Location: Glascoed
Hourly Rate: £40 PAYE, £53.90 Umbrella
Working Arrangements: 3 days per week on-site
Working Hours: - 37 hours per week

Job Title: Procurement Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the procurement part of bid process for all the BAE Systems Lands business
- Where applicable effectively delegate workload across the team, ensuring priorities are managed.
- Responsible for making sure the procurement team supports the bids data as required
- Develop a new procurement process to support the business bids in line with the other current procurement processes in place
- Demonstrate a good understanding of Company systems, including purchase to pay systems, risk and supplier management tools.
- Project/progamme management experience
- Good product awareness, commercial acumen, financial awareness, risk and opportunity management skills
- Good understanding of external environment and relevant market intelligence
- People management experience of leading diverse teams of professionals.
