Clearence level: BPSS + SC + UK EYES ONLY
Professional Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Lead to support a critical supplier partnership. The role involves managing a novel, complex navigation system being developed by a supplier based in Bath, which is approaching critical design review. You will take ownership of this product, ensuring successful workflow management and strong stakeholder engagement across BAE, the supplier, and internal teams.

Professional Summary

You will take ownership of this product, ensuring successful workflow management and strong stakeholder engagement across BAE, the supplier, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate delivery of a new navigation system product.
- Own and manage workflow through critical design review.
- Provide close support to the supplier in Bath and ensure BAE’s obligations are met.
- Manage stakeholders across engineering, supply chain, and project management functions.
- Apply strong project management methods (predictive/agile) to drive progress.
- Support and challenge stakeholders, ensuring accountability.
- Deputise for the Project Manager when required.
- Project Management qualification (AMP/PMQ or equivalent).
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Confident in challenging and influencing stakeholders
- Ability to bring teams together and build collaborative delivery.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Commercial awareness and experience working with suppliers.
- Preferable: experience with Teamcentre.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project planning tools.
