BAE Systems Submarines is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager – Delivery to join our team on a 12-month contract, covering maternity leave. This is a critical role managing multiple teams and delivering complex work packages within a larger, strategically significant programme.
You’ll work across the Technology Enablement (TE) function, ensuring coherence, collaboration, and alignment of strategic goals across internal teams, key suppliers, and international defence partners
  
Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple teams and manage sizeable work packages across the TE landscape.
• Drive coherence and consistency in TE strategies and roadmaps.
• Facilitate collaboration through the Partner Portal with AUKUS stakeholders.
• Integrate future technologies into strategic roadmaps in partnership with R&T, catapult centres, suppliers, and international organisations.
• Align technology enablement with Operational Excellence (OpEx) frameworks.
• Oversee communications on technology demonstrators and initiatives.
• Manage funding bids and improve project governance, including streamlining processes.
• Champion and uphold high standards of safety, health, and environment (SHE) across all project activities.
