Location: Glascoed - hybrid
Contract: 12 months (opportunity to be extended)

Key Responsibilities:
- Review Shop Floor records (e.g. ‘SMDCP’ documents), ‘First Off’ items for Quality Dept. approval, technical specifications, drawings, and endorse Certificates of Conformity as an approved signatory.
- Perform Internal Audits, support External Audits, and support the development of audit responses and robust corrective actions which prevent identified problems from ever happening again.
- Monitor and analyse reject, rework, and RFT data, and present information to management
- Monitor and support non-conformance / quality issue management (‘CAR’, ‘Q1’, ‘Q2’, ‘Q3’, etc.
- Excellent numeracy and mechanical comprehension.
- ISO 9001 Internal auditor certification.
- Experience within a manufacturing environment, preferably of a similarly highly controlled nature (aerospace, automotive, nuclear, medical devices, etc.)
- Relevant engineering degree or equivalent time served
