Rate: £55 PAYE or £74.26 Umbrella

What You’ll Be Doing
As part of our team, you’ll:
- Manage the commercial aspects of sub-contract accounts from procurement through to final account agreement, ensuring compliance with contract terms and best practices.
- Provide expert commercial and contractual advice to Programme, Project, and Operations teams.
- Establish, forecast, and report on project commercial performance to ensure transparency and efficiency.
- Secure labour, materials, and subcontractors, keeping projects on time and within budget.
- Source and manage delivery packages, leading the full tendering process in line with procurement strategies and legislation.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to resolve issues swiftly and effectively.
- Lead on dispute resolution, ensuring the fair and timely closure of commercial claims.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent).
- Proven experience in Quantity Surveying within the construction sector.
- Strong understanding of service and construction contracts, including optimal contracting and pricing approaches.
- Ability to work effectively under time constraints and manage multiple priorities.
- Membership (or working towards) of a professional body such as RICS or MCIPS.
- Strong knowledge of NEC3/4 contracts.
- Experience leading or coaching a small team.
