Recruitment Data Administrator
Location: Preston, BAE Systems
Duration: 12 months
Working Arrangements: Hybrid working – 1 to 2 days per week in the office
Hourly Rate: £13.94 PAYE
Clearance: BPSS Checks
We’re looking for a Recruitment Operations Professional to support recruitment and people services across the business. In this role, you’ll help manage recruitment processes, maintain accurate data in BAEs systems, and work closely with managers and colleagues to deliver a smooth and efficient service.

What you’ll bring
- Experience working with data and confidence with Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A flexible and proactive approach
- Knowledge of data protection, database maintenance, or process improvement would be an advantage but isn’t essential.
