Job Title: Reporting Administrator
Location: Preston
Hourly Rate: £15.07 PAYE or £20.06 Umbrella
Duration: 12 months - extension highly likely
Working Arrangements: 1-2 days per week on-site 37 hours

About The Role:
As the Reporting Professional you will be responsible for coordinating the reporting functionality across the contingent recruitment team. You will be required to produce, maintain and enhance reports based on end-user requirements to provide key recruitment insight and enable the team to manage internal and external performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for the candidate tracking system and any associated data/reporting.
  • The individual will support the delivery of the service by ensuring that the system generated reporting in place is efficient and effective.
  • Control the schedule and distribution of the relevant reports to the service delivery team as required.
  • Support the regular production of any MI reporting.
  • Provide support and share best practice regarding system data with peers in the service delivery team.
  • Feed data into wider shared dashboards
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Intermediate/Advanced level of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. 
  • Extensive administration background
  • Abiity to function as part of a wider team
  • Organisational skills are a must
