- Work with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements
- Maintain existing automation processes and ensure optimal performance
- Support the RPA team in best practices, documentation, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate across IT and business teams to identify new automation opportunities
- Strong, demonstrable experience in RPA development using Blue Prism
- Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to gather requirements and manage stakeholders
- Experience working in large, complex business environments is preferred
