This is an exciting opportunity to support the sales and account management teams who partner with leading publishers to drive digital game sales on the company’s online store.
The Role As a Sales Support Operations Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting commercial account managers and helping to deliver a best-in-class digital retail experience for millions of gamers worldwide. You’ll act as the operational backbone for the team — ensuring processes run smoothly, commercial timelines are met, and partner communications are handled efficiently.
You’ll help manage pricing proposals, track performance metrics, and support promotional campaigns — all while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams across the business.

Key Responsibilities
Support account managers with the operational delivery of commercial and promotional initiatives.
- Track and manage key timelines for proposals, submissions, and partner approvals.
- Coordinate between internal teams (sales, commercial, and promotions) to ensure seamless execution.
- Review pricing proposals, identifying and escalating any inconsistencies or issues.
- Prepare and maintain partner-facing planning and performance reports.
- Conduct data analysis to identify sales performance trends and actionable insights.
- Support ongoing optimisation projects and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Previous experience in sales operations, commercial support, or account coordination (preferably within digital media, entertainment, or gaming).
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical mindset with good Excel and data handling skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- A proactive, collaborative team player who enjoys problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
