Are you a CRM whiz with a passion for data, automation, and process optimisation? We’re looking for a Salesforce Analyst to join a fast-paced, customer-focused team in the Lincoln area.
In this role, you’ll:
- Configure and maintain Salesforce & HubSpot systems
- Drive smarter business decisions through reporting, dashboards, and data integrity
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to enhance CRM workflows
- Support internal users and champion CRM best practices
- Stay on the pulse of new features, tools, and CRM trends
- Experience in Salesforce administration.
- Experience with data migration, integration, and CRM system customization
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Proficiency in reporting tools (Excel, Tableau, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Hybrid working - 2-3 days in the office
- Up to 30 days holiday allowance with the option to buy additional days
