Hourly Rate: £45.65 PAYE or £61.57 Umbrella
Working Arrangements: 2/3 days on-site, 37 hours per week

Skills
- Experience with Atlassian suite, SharePoint and Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge and experience of using Lean/Agile methodologies
- PSM1/CSM qualification is desirable
- APM qualification or similar is also desirable
The Job
- Collaborating with product owners and stakeholders to refine and prioritize the product backlog.
- Removing roadblocks and impediments by identifying the right resources and resolving issues promptly.
- Using team performance data to identify successes and areas for improvement.
- Assessing the team's Scrum maturity and guiding them towards higher levels of proficiency.
- Cultivating a trusting, safe environment where problems can be openly discussed and solved, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Demonstrating strong leadership qualities and encouraging a collaborative mindset across the team
