The Opportunity We're supporting BAE Systems to find an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join their Real Estate & Infrastructure (RE&I) team within Shared Services. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting critical infrastructure and facilities across a complex, highly regulated engineering environment.
You’ll be instrumental in ensuring electrical systems are safe, compliant, and operating effectively, while contributing to the successful delivery of estate and infrastructure projects.

You’ll be instrumental in ensuring electrical systems are safe, compliant, and operating effectively, while contributing to the successful delivery of estate and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide electrical engineering support across facilities and infrastructure projects
- Support the design, installation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of electrical systems
- Ensure compliance with relevant electrical standards and safety regulations
- Collaborate closely with project teams, contractors, and key stakeholders
- Contribute to project delivery, design reviews, and engineering assurance activities
- Drive improvements in processes and operational efficiency
- Proven experience in electrical engineering, ideally within infrastructure, facilities, or industrial environments
- Strong understanding of electrical standards, compliance, and safety requirements
- Experience working in regulated or complex engineering environments
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
- Degree (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline (preferred)
- Chartered Engineer status (or working towards it) is advantageous
