Senior Service Designer
Location: Paddington, London - Hybrid, 2-3 days onsite a week (Full time hours)
Contract: 3 months initially, with potential to extend to 6 months
Start: Ideally early October
Rate: £500-£600 per day- Umbrella (Inside IR35)
Client: Large Retailer
My client is looking for a hands-on Senior Service Designer to support the Product & Platform team.
Key requirements:
This is a hands-on individual contributor role with no people-management responsibility.

Key requirements:
- Strong retail service design experience - essential
- Experience across omnichannel, ecommerce and physical retail
- Strong discovery, research and stakeholder interviewing skills
- Experienced in creating complex service blueprints and current/future-state journeys
- Comfortable engaging with stakeholders and visiting stores
- Experience with internal systems/platforms highly desirable
- Strong stakeholder mapping and experience working in complex organisations
- Able to hit the ground running and deliver independently
