Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Build and maintain Service Portal applications
- Translate business requirements into robust technical designs
- Design, estimate, and deliver platform enhancements
- Collaborate with stakeholders and provide technical guidance
- Support integration work across REST/SOAP APIs
Key Experience
- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
- Strong experience with Service Portal development
- Solid skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, Bootstrap
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, HTTP integrations
- Proven background working in Agile environments
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Desirable
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g. CAD, CIS-CSM)
- Experience with Customer Service Management (CSM)
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
- SAFe or scaled Agile experience
