What You’ll Do:
As part of the Systems Team, you will:
- Maintain and manage the requirements database, linking contractual and acceptance details.
- Lead testing and acceptance processes for both hardware and software releases.
- Guide the development and design of system functionality, ensuring alignment with specifications and quality standards.
- Support technical analyses, interface management, and reporting to drive system improvements.
- Contribute to a wide range of systems engineering activities including performance testing, human factors, safety, and information assurance.
- Mentor and technically lead other engineers, helping them grow and succeed in their roles.
About You:
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- Proven experience with software systems and product development based on business requirements.
- Exposure to regulatory and statutory requirements for software products.
- Hands-on experience across multiple systems engineering disciplines such as Requirements Analysis, System Design, Human Factors, Performance Analysis, System Acceptance Management, Safety, and Security.
- Ability to work effectively in a large, complex multi-project environment, delivering to tight deadlines under pressure.
