Job: Service Transition Project Manager

Daily Rate: £800 inside IR35
Location: Hybrid - Central London once per fortnight
Contract: 6 months
Working Hours: Full-time
About The Role
We are seeking an experienced SC Cleared Service Transition Project Manager to oversee the transition of services to a new supplier organisation as part of a high-profile transformation programme. This is a complex transformation piece, and will require someone who can operate with a high degree of autonomy and credibility.
The role sits at a senior level within the programme, with expectations to act as a trusted advisor both internally and client-side. Strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement and delivering within a politically and commercially sensitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead delivery of complex projects within the wider programme.
- Own project plans, budgets, and RAID management.
- Manage stakeholders across client, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Oversee contract management and mitigate commercial/reputational risk.
- Direct project teams and ensure alignment to programme goals.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Active, transferable SC clearance - Mandatory
- Strong track record delivering service transition or transformation projects.
- Experience across Data Migration, HR, Payroll, and Finance.
- Proven use of waterfall, agile, and hybrid methodologies.
- Solid commercial, financial, and risk management capability
