BAE Systems are looking for a skilled SharePoint Engineer to join their Enterprise IT Infrastructure & Collaboration team. In this role, you’ll work closely with Squad Leads, Business Engagement Leads, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into deliverable work packages, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within cost, and aligned to agile principles

Responsibilities
- Deliver and support Enterprise SharePoint services across the UK and wider organisation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and deliver innovative SharePoint solutions
- Translate business demand into prioritised work packages aligned with agile delivery
- Lead workshops, provide demos, and gather user feedback
- Support SharePoint upgrades and migrations across multiple versions
- Diagnose and resolve complex incidents and problems, identifying root causes
- Ensure governance and best practices are followed across all deployments
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience working with multiple versions of SharePoint
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and application management
- Experience delivering projects and managing large change requests
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with tools such as Nintex, K2, ShareGate, or LinkFixer (desirable)
