The Role As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operations. You will ensure the accurate and efficient receipt and dispatch of all products, maintaining compliance with safety, environmental, and legislative requirements while driving operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do
- Oversee safe, compliant, and efficient operations.
- Supervise and support colleagues to ensure effective performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and COMAH standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- At least 2 years’ experience on a top-tier COMAH site.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and open to change.
