About the Role:
- You will report to the Traffic & Customs Supervisor providing administrative support to all areas of the Shipping department.
- The core role is managing freight invoices, processing from different suppliers, service validation, making sure contract needs are met and getting invoices ready for payment.
- Proficient Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Access, Powerpoint & Word.
- Excel – pivot tables, v look ups, formulas. Good data analysis skills within excel.
- Knowledge of border control highly desirable.
