Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm
About the Role
Outsource UK are recruiting on behalf of a well-established fuel storage and distribution company for a Administrator to join their Operations team based at Hallen.
This is a varied and vital administrative role supporting the smooth running of site operations at Hallen and, when required, other sites in the South region. You’ll play a key part in ensuring equipment, documentation, and compliance records are up to date, supporting both operational and safety excellence.

About the Role

This is a varied and vital administrative role supporting the smooth running of site operations at Hallen and, when required, other sites in the South region. You’ll play a key part in ensuring equipment, documentation, and compliance records are up to date, supporting both operational and safety excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure equipment and consumable are available as required ·
- Carry out monthly purchase card administration ·
- Provide support for Fuel Stock Accounting as requested from ‘hub locations’.
- Update records on safety, environmental and quality incidents ·
- Support Site Manager ·
- Provide safety inductions for contractors and drivers and update records
- Assist in financial planning, internal and external audits
- General administration duties
- Organising and keep records for equipment calibration (e.g. Fuel Quality)
- Organise monthly interceptor sampling and update records
- Experience working in an operational or site-based environment
- Experience providing administrative support within a team environment
- Experience with SAP: Concur/Ariba would be preferred but not essential
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience managing office consumables and basic accounting tasks
