Senior Solutions Architect – Defence
Location: Solihull (work from home 3 days per week)
Salary:
- Solutions Architect – up to £80,000
- Senior Solutions Architect – up to £90,000
These are key roles in designing secure, scalable solutions that support critical UK Defence programmes — ideal for individuals who want to make a tangible impact in a secure and high-profile environment.
Role Overview
- Develop and deliver secure solution architectures for Defence-related projects.
- Ensure all designs adhere to MOD standards and Secure by Design principles.
- Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to align business needs with technical delivery.
- Contribute to architectural governance, reviews, and technical roadmaps.
- Proven background as a Solutions Architect within Defence or other secure environments.
- Strong understanding of MOD frameworks and Secure by Design practices.
- Must hold, or be eligible for, SC Clearance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with IBM Maximo or similar FM systems would be beneficial.
