Job Type: Contract
Job Title: Structural Design Engineer
Location: Samlesbury
Hourly Rate: £48.73 PAYE OR £65.75 Umbrella inside IR35
Duration: 12 months
Working Arrangements: 3-4 days per week
Structures Engineers are required to work on the F35 programme, across a variety of roles ranging from analysing design changes, validating analysis from test results, supporting clearance of non-conformances in the shop floor and supporting clearance of in-service repairs. The Structures Engineers will work as part of teams consisting of two or more Engineers, focussing on specific tasks in support of the F35 programme.

Skills & Qualifications:
- F35 experience highly desirable
- Knowledge of a variety of stress analysis methods, applied to lightweight airframe structure is essential.
- Knowledge of Finite Element Analysis is desirable
- Engineering degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
