The Job
- Manage the RFQ orderbook from receipt to quotation, ensuring deadlines are met
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to coordinate supply chain activities
- Support and prepare for customer-facing RFQ reviews and meetings
- Utilise ERP systems (e.g. LN, IFS2004) and reporting tools to track and manage progress
- Interpret supplier data and apply currency exchange rates to build accurate customer quotations
Skills
- Solid understanding of supply chain processes and practices
- Experience working in a customer-facing or stakeholder management role
- Confident user of ERP systems (LN / IFS2004 preferred)
- Strong data manipulation skills and advanced Excel capability
- Ability to interpret supplier quotations and create customer-facing proposals.
