Systems Engineering (Requirements & Acceptance)
Location: Coventry, Filton or Barrow-in-Furness
Contract: 6 Months Initial Contract
Hybrid: 1–2 days onsite per fortnight
Rate: £41.87 PAYE / £56.44 Umbrella
BAE Systems is looking for an experienced Principal Systems Engineer with strong requirements and acceptance experience to support a major submarine programme.

- Experience facilitating stakeholder discussions and translating business/customer needs into requirements.
- Proven stakeholder management and engagement across programme-level activities.
- IBM DOORS (v9.6/9.7) expertise.
- Requirements creation, traceability and link analysis experience.
- Ability to work independently and drive activities forward with minimal supervision.
