ILS Engineer / Technical Author
Christchurch, BAE Systems
Hourly Rate: £48.53 PAYE or £65.48 Umbrella
Duration: 12 months +
Working Arrangements: Full Time on site
We're supporting BAE Systems in the search for an experienced ILS Engineer / Technical Author to join a high-profile defence programme.
If you have experience with S1000D, XML authoring, IETPs, and technical publications, this is an opportunity to work on complex engineering projects that make a real impact.
Key experience we're looking for:
✅ S1000D Technical Publications
✅ XML Data Module Authoring
✅ DMRL Management
✅ CSDB & Configuration Management
✅ Eagle LSAR & EPS CSDB
✅ Technical Documentation & IETP Development
You'll be working with engineering teams to create and maintain critical technical documentation supporting advanced defence systems.
