Desford, Leicestershire | Up to £26.47 PAYE per hour | 12-Month Contract
Location: Fully onsite in Desford
We're looking for a Traffic & Customs Manager to join a leading global manufacturer, supporting the shipment of up to 17,000 machines annually. This is a fast-paced, high-profile role where you'll play a key part in customs compliance, import/export operations and shipping performance.
What You'll Do
✅ Customs and compliance knowledge
✅ Import/export experience
✅ Strong organisation and attention to detail
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
✅ Good Excel and Microsoft 365 skills
Experience within Manufacturing, Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Transportation or Automotive environments would be highly beneficial.

- Support delivery of monthly shipping plans
- Act as a key contact for operational issues and escalations
- Work with stakeholders across logistics, manufacturing and project teams
- Drive process improvements and support business initiatives
