Head of Digital Workplace - Microsoft 365
Hybrid - onsite in Preston Weekly
Rate: £52.93 PAYE or £71.45 Umbrella inside IR35
Contract: 9 Months

BAE Systems is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Digital Workplace to lead the development and transformation of our Digital Workplace product group
  
  
Key Skills
  • Lead the development and execution of a digital workplace strategy aligned to BAE Systems’ business objectives.
  • Manage a portfolio of workplace products and services including Microsoft 365, end-user hardware, and productivity tools.
  • Oversee supplier selection, onboarding, and service transformation.
  • Drive change and user adoption with a user-first approach.
  • Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and IT standards.
  • Build and lead a skilled team of internal staff and partners.
  • Champion innovation, digital collaboration, and hybrid working.
  • Manage budgets, performance metrics, product roadmaps, and continuous improvement initiatives.
