Location: Warton, Preston
Hourly Rate: £39 PAYE or £52.54 (Umbrella inside IR35)
Working Arrangements: 37 Hours per week – (3-4 days per week onsite)

Overview

Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in an engineering integration or delivery environment.
- Sound understanding of engineering functions, processes, and lifecycle management
- Strong communication skills across all organisational levels.
- Effective team player with a proactive and self-starting attitude.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Degree educated in a STEM discipline (expected)
- HND/HNC with substantial experience in engineering lifecycle management (preferred).
- Support the engineering delivery management of the programme to meet time, cost, and scope/quality/performance objectives, including effective management of technical risk.
- Assist in the alignment and integration of technology developments and de-risking activities.
- Maintain and coordinate Engineering Statements of Work (SoWs) across various disciplines and stakeholders.
- Deliver technical management and integration tasks, ensuring consistent engineering standards and practices.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to provide robust technical management of the Technology portfolio.
- Support the management of key Lead Sub-System Integrators, providing direction and oversight of their activities.
- Contribute to the deployment of engineering governance and lifecycle management processes across the Technology Programme (e.g., design review gates, demonstrator lifecycles).
- Support the review and approval of technology-led technical proposals, ensuring compliance with company and programme-level approval frameworks.
