Customer Service – Global & Domestic Mobility Professional (Domestic Mobility)
Hourly Rate: £13.04 via PAYE or £18.53 via umbrella (Inside IR35)
Address: BAE Systems, Warton, Preston
Contract Length: 6 months
Working Arrangements: Hybrid, 2-3 days per week onsite

BAE Systems is seeking a highly organised Customer Service professional to provide operational support for UK Domestic Assignments. You’ll manage high-volume, detail-driven administration, ensuring excellent customer service while meeting SLAs and KPIs.

You’ll be responsible for producing assignment letters, managing relocation budgets and expenses, maintaining trackers, supporting payroll instructions, and responding to mobility queries. The role also involves data governance, GDPR compliance, process ownership, and supporting continuous improvement projects.

This is an ideal role for someone with strong admin skills, attention to detail, confidence handling complex workloads, and a service-focused mindset—within a collaborative, inclusive organisation delivering nationally important programmes.
