Based: Warton, Lancashire
BAE Systems are looking for a proactive and organised New Business Bid Project Manager to join the Typhoon Production & ILS line of business at BAE Systems. You’ll work within the New Business Team, supporting bid activity for obsolescence contracts related to Typhoon aircraft equipment.

The Job
- Support full bid development cycle
- Assist in preparing bid plans and driving stakeholder engagement
- Manage and track bid budgets and funding
- Prepare documentation and reports for internal reviews
- Coordinate and lead meetings in the absence of the Bid Lead
- Provide timely responses to customer queries
- Support handover of successful bids to the delivery team
Skills
- Understanding of bid processes and governance
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience
- Confident using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Able to organise, track, and report on project progress
- Experience running meetings and managing schedules
