Overview
BAE Systems is looking to recruit a Maintenance Professional – Supply Chain to support their Order Book Management team at our Samlesbury site.
Skills
- Provide accurate and timely data to support the compilation of management reports.
- Coordinate and resolve issues that impact delivery against the output plan.
- Support the team leader and wider management with day-to-day tasks.
- Ensure supply chain databases are regularly maintained and kept up to date.
- Attend regular meetings and provide updates to Order Book Management teams.
- Promote and maintain a strong focus on safety, health, and environmental compliance across all activities.
The Job
- Recent experience in a Supply Chain Order Management or similar support role.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and operations.
- Confident working in multi-functional teams and liaising with various internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with strong data handling and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to compile and present information clearly and professionally.
