We’re hiring a Lead Planner/Scheduler to support major infrastructure programmes at BAE Systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
- Develop construction schedules across multiple projects
- Deliver monthly reporting & performance analysis
- Support Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA)
- Work closely with stakeholders across project teams
- Mentor junior planners
- Strong planning & scheduling experience (Primavera, Asta, or similar)
- Knowledge of project controls & risk analysis
- Experience in infrastructure, construction, or manufacturing environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement & reporting skills
