HR Business Partner
Client: BAE Systems
Location: Bishopton
Duration: 6 Month Contract
Hourly Rate: £30.28 PAYE or £40.71 Umbrella
Working Arrangements: 37 hours onsite 3 days per week (also open to part time options)
This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a fast-paced, complex manufacturing environment, partnering with key stakeholders to support strategic and operational HR activity.

- Partnering with leaders across the business on people strategy and ER matters
- Supporting organisational change and workforce planning
- Driving employee engagement and performance initiatives
- Providing pragmatic HR advice across a unionised environment
- Coaching managers on HR best practice and policy
- Proven HRBP experience within a large, complex organisation
- Strong ER and stakeholder management skills
- Experience within manufacturing/engineering/defence environments desirable
- CIPD qualified (or equivalent) preferred
