We are recruiting for a Senior Project PM&C Professional to join BAE Systems. This role offers the opportunity to support the successful delivery of complex projects within a highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project planning, controls and reporting activities across assigned projects or work packages.
- Produce and maintain project schedules, reports and performance metrics.
- Support the full project lifecycle from planning through to successful delivery.
- Identify, assess and manage project risks, issues and dependencies.
- Develop and maintain project plans covering scope, schedule, quality, risk and communications.
- Monitor project progress and provide accurate reporting to stakeholders.
- Support project governance activities including assurance reviews and Integrated Baseline Reviews.
Key Skills
- Experience in a Project Management, Project Controls or PM&C environment.
- Proven experience supporting the delivery of projects through the full project lifecycle.
- Strong project scheduling and reporting experience.
- Knowledge of project governance, assurance and control processes.
- Experience identifying and managing project risks and issues.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to analyse information and provide practical solutions to project challenges
- Good understanding of PM&C tools, techniques and methodologies.
