Location: Barrow
Contract Length: 12 Months
onsite 2 days per week,
37 hours per week
Rate: £23.70 PAYE or £31.78 Umbrella inside IR35
Overview
We are supporting BAE Systems in the search for two Procurement Professionals to join their team on a 12 month contract basis.
There are opportunities within both Infrastructure and Construction procurement, supporting major programmes and projects at the Barrow site.

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting end to end procurement activity
- Managing supplier engagement and relationships
- Issuing RFQs and evaluating supplier submissions
- Supporting contract administration and commercial activities
- Working closely with project and stakeholder teams
- Ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures
Key Skills
- Previous procurement, purchasing or supply chain experience
- Experience supporting infrastructure, construction, engineering or project environments would be advantageous
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast paced environment
