About the Role
As a Weighbridge Administrator, you will support the Immingham West Operations and Stock Control Teams in the accurate and efficient processing of all road tankers arriving at the terminal to load and/or discharge product.
You will ensure full compliance with company and legislative safety and environmental requirements, while helping maintain an efficient and commercially effective terminal operation.

About the Role
As a Weighbridge Administrator, you will support the Immingham West Operations and Stock Control Teams in the accurate and efficient processing of all road tankers arriving at the terminal to load and/or discharge product.
You will ensure full compliance with company and legislative safety and environmental requirements, while helping maintain an efficient and commercially effective terminal operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Weigh vehicles on entry and exit from the terminal using the stock control system
- Prepare weighbridge documentation as directed by terminal clients
- Ensure no product is released without appropriate documentation
- Control product acceptance into storage facilities in line with client notification
- Accurately input information into the stock control system
- Ensure drivers complete all necessary documentation on arrival
- Check all driver documentation prior to vehicle departure
- Liaise with the Stocks Team Leader and/or clients to meet specific requirements
- Maintain workstation standards in line with management expectations
- Adhere to all operating procedures and terminal safety requirements
- Conduct security checks and operate security barriers to control site access
- Have experience interacting with customers and members of the public
- Possess an excellent telephone manner
- Be able to work accurately to deadlines
- Be literate and numerate with GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent)
- Have strong communication skills
