Hybrid – 1 day per week onsite

Outsource UK are delighted to be supporting our client with the recruitment of a Business Analyst to provide backfill cover until May 2026.
The Role As a Business Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting the business with requirements gathering, stakeholder management, process mapping and planning. This is a hands-on role where you’ll also take ownership of UAT testing activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements.
- Engage with stakeholders across multiple teams.
- Analyse, map, and improve business processes.
- Plan and manage UAT testing, ensuring smooth delivery.
- Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven Business Analysis skills in requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
- Strong background in business processing and planning.
- Hands-on UAT testing experience is essential.
- Ideally, knowledge of Oracle CSS or broader Oracle systems.
- Excellent communication skills – personable, yet technically confident.
