Overview

Skills:
- Strong understanding of confidentiality and data protection requirements
- Good knowledge of organisational structure, systems, and procedures
- Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Experience producing reports and analysing data
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities independently
The Job
- Deliver complex administrative support in line with company procedures and agreed timescales
- Proactively manage diaries, coordinate meetings, and organise internal and external events
- Arrange and manage travel bookings and associated expenses using company systems
- Produce reports, presentations, schedules, summaries, and correspondence
- Collate and analyse documentation, ensuring quality, consistency, and traceability
- Maintain document management and filing systems, recommending improvements where appropriate
- Respond to and prioritise queries from internal and external stakeholders
- Liaise regularly with senior management to provide updates and escalate issues as required
