We’re looking for a commercially minded HR Business Partner to join a dynamic and forward-thinking HR team in a national professional services environment. This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR generalist to work in a fast-paced, people-focused organisation that values collaboration, flexibility, and strategic input.
You’ll partner with senior stakeholders to drive performance, deliver people strategies, and support a broad range of initiatives including talent development, organisational change, diversity & inclusion, and employee wellbeing.

What you'll bring:
- Proven HR experience in a business partnering capacity
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and ER case management
- The ability to build relationships, influence and coach at a senior level
- Experience in change management, including restructures and TUPE
- A proactive, commercial mindset with excellent communication skills
- CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience)
