We are currently seeking an experienced Lead ILS Engineer to join a defence-focused engineering team in Dunfermline. This is a key role requiring a hands-on senior engineer who can deliver Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) activities while also providing guidance and direction to team members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver ILS activities across the full product lifecycle
- Lead and support ILS workstreams, ensuring high-quality outputs
- Provide guidance, tasking, and oversight to other engineers within the team
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support programme delivery
- Ensure compliance with industry and defence standards
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior or Lead ILS Engineer
- Strong background in ILS methodologies and deliverables
- Ability to lead, mentor, and coordinate engineering activities
- Experience within naval or wider defence environments preferred
- Use of Reliasoft software an advantage.
Additional Information:
- Security Clearance: SC required (BPSS considered initially)
- Hybrid working may be available depending on candidate suitability
