TR2 Rebuild Inventory Controller
RAF Coningsby | Full-Time Onsite
12-Month Contract
BPSS required / SC in progress acceptable

We are currently recruiting for a TR2 Rebuild Inventory Controller to support a high-profile military aircraft maintenance programme at RAF Coningsby. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced logistics and operations environment supporting Typhoon aircraft maintenance activities within a regulated Mil Pt 145 framework.

The Role
As a TR2 Rebuild Inventory Controller, you will be responsible for the control, accountability and movement of aircraft assets and spares throughout the maintenance lifecycle — from Goods Inward through to delivery against operational schedules.
Working within the logistics team, you will ensure accurate processing of serviceable and unserviceable equipment, maintain inventory records and support critical aircraft availability targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Control and track aircraft spares and assets throughout maintenance activities
  • Register all assets received and dispatched through TMF Logistics regulators
  • Maintain accurate records across TMF Logs databases and IMS systems
  • Process MJDI inventory transfers and Maintenix transactions
  • Control spares through regulators and Vertical Storage Units in line with regulations
  • Support the movement and accountability of Typhoon aircraft spares
  • Escalate inventory or supply issues to support operational continuity
  • Ensure compliance with strict Mil Pt 145 procedures and standards
Skills & Experience
Essential
  • Experience using MJDI systems
  • Strong inventory control or logistics background
  • High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks in a busy operational environment
  • Understanding of regulated or controlled processes
Security Requirements
  • BPSS clearance required
  • SC clearance in progress accepted
