Learning Coach Program Manager
Client: Globally known Technology and Entertainment Client
Location: Battersea, London (Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite per week)
Contract Type: 12-Month Contract
Start Date: ASAP
Day Rate: £453.36 per day (via umbrella)

Summary
This clients Education Product Marketing team is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Program Manager to lead the delivery of the Learning Coach program in Germany, Italy, and France. This position offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on the professional development of educators through a globally recognized technology coaching initiative.
You’ll work in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment, coordinating across global and local teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end rollout of the Learning Coach programme across Germany, Italy, and France.
  • Act as liaison between the US ALC team, EMEA Product Marketing, Sales, and Professional Learning.
  • Oversee candidate enrolment, engagement, and support using internal systems.
  • Coordinate Professional Learning Specialists responsible for synchronous training components.
  • Work closely with content and delivery teams to ensure alignment with learning objectives.
  • Uphold rigorous program quality standards, legal and ethical compliance across all participating regions.
Key Qualifications
  • Fluent in German (required)
  • Proficiency in Italian and/or French (desirable)
  • 4+ years' experience in complex, cross-functional project or program management
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Skilled at balancing multiple priorities and delivering on time
  • Experienced in drafting polished customer-facing communications
  • Confident working with data and KPIs to drive decision-making and program quality
  • Proficient in Pages, Numbers, Keynote, and/or Excel
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Experience in education, professional development, or edtech environments preferred
