About the Role
Outsource’s client, a leading bulk liquid storage and logistics company, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the planning and execution of both planned and reactive maintenance activities in the Humber region. You will supervise technicians and contractors, ensuring work meets internal standards and regulatory requirements (COMAH), while supporting asset data accuracy, safety, and reliability.

Outsource’s client, a leading bulk liquid storage and logistics company, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the planning and execution of both planned and reactive maintenance activities in the Humber region. You will supervise technicians and contractors, ensuring work meets internal standards and regulatory requirements (COMAH), while supporting asset data accuracy, safety, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate technicians and contractors
- Ensure daily defect review and maintenance scheduling
- Deputise for RMM or regional supervisors as needed
- Support production of KPIs and maintenance documentation
- Oversee safe systems of work, permits, and RAMS
- Monitor training and competency requirements
- Contribute to small capital projects where required
- Ensure compliance with safety-critical standards and procedures
- Qualified in mechanical or electrical discipline
- Experience in Top Tier COMAH environments
- Skilled in MS Office and CMMS systems (e.g. Maximo)
- Confident communicator with leadership experience
- Full UK driving licence
- Salary: £51,000
